Overall objective of the project: Optimising the vocational training of 320 people without/with a low level of training to meet the demands of the labour market in the cities of Miercurea Sibiului and Săliște, including their localities, while stimulating lifelong learning and taking into account the growing need for entrepreneurial and digital skills. Through this project we aim to support lifelong learning, facilitate professional transition, promote professional mobility and contribute to the development of communities in Sibiu County, Centre Region, in order to facilitate access to the labour market for people without / with a low level of training, according to Specific Objective ESO4.7., through the following activities: • Providing career guidance and career counselling services to a minimum of 320 non-/low-trained people; • Provision of assessment and certification services for min. 20 persons
