The project aims to develop and validate a prototype Digital Product Passport (DPP) system for the full monitoring and traceability of textile products, with practical applicability under operational conditions, addressing sustainability requirements and promoting the circular economy in the textile sector. This objective supports alignment with future European regulations for digitalisation and extended producer responsibility (EPR). By implementing this system, it aims to strengthen the innovation capacity of companies in the North-East Region, thus stimulating the creation of new products, services and technologies, including adapted for accessibility and people with disabilities.
