The overall objective of the project is to reduce carbon emissions in urban areas based on sustainable urban mobility plans. Achieving all the specific objectives ensures the achievement of the overall objective of the project and is a consequence of achieving them. The objectives are closely linked to the activities and outputs planned to be achieved/obtained respectively: - Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gases (tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year); - Estimated annual increase in the number of passengers carried on built public passenger transport systems (no passengers); - Estimated annual increase in the number of people using pedestrian/modernised areas.
