"The project aims to develop training and qualification programmes for 278 young people from the Centre region, as a result of rapid technological developments and the emergence of new skills, through actions relevant to the labour market and facilitating the identification and retention of a job. We aim to support young people looking for a job and employers in the Retail field in developing skills specific to each target qualification and identified company in the Center region, in order to cope with technological evolution, new job needs, increasing competitiveness on the labor market and international markets. The need for training is accentuated by labour shortages and the existence of a high percentage of low-skilled or inadequately trained workforce. We aim to develop an integrated program of professional training, counseling for career development (development of objectives and career plan) and mediation of professionals.
