Initiating young people towards a successful career - IT CS The general objective is to improve access to the labour market for 1575 young people, of whom 240 belong to the Roma minority (aged between 14 and 30) from Caras-Severin County, mainly from NEETs registered with the Public Employment Service (PES) in order to provide personalized support measures for 36 months by: 1. DEVELOPMENT OF A NETWORK FOR YOUTH TO PROVIDE PERSONALIZED AND QUALITY SERVICE TO YOUNG PEOPLE WITH NEETS CATEGORY: - the conclusion of partnerships between the SPO and the public or private youth service provider: aims to expand and make more efficient the collaboration between AJOFM Caras-Severin and the institutions providing services dedicated to young people, thus contributing to their integration into the labour market; - Expanding the range of interventions for young people: viz organise workshops and workshops to support young people in their transition to the labour market and prevent NEET situations.
