The overall objective of the project is to increase employment opportunities and facilitate sustainable integration into the labor market by improving skills for 280 young people under 30, including NEETs and young people belonging to the Roma minority in the North-East region, Neamt County, by offering integrated services of active and personalized employment measures, comprising specialized information and professional counseling services, mediation and professional training services so as to ensure the most efficient adaptation of young people, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change.
