The overall objective of the project is to improve the access to the labor market of 280 young people aged between 16 and 29 years old (of which at least 43 Roma and 112 NEETs) from Dolj County through an integrated program that includes specialized services for stimulating employment, personalized provided, professional training and services for assessment and certification of skills obtained on other than formal horses, during 29 months. The result of this approach is the provision of specialized services to stimulate employment, in accordance with the provisions of Law No 76/2002 on the unemployment insurance system and the stimulation of employment, to the entire target group of 280 people; participation in authorised training courses in the occupations Construction structure worker of 115 persons and Construction plumber worker – 115 persons in the target group and competent assessment and certification
