Increasing medical performance for the Adult Mental Health Centre - Botosani County Emergency Hospital, improving the diagnostic, treatment and outpatient monitoring capacity, providing patients with the necessary services in a fast, accessible and quality manner, by eliminating waiting times generated by lack of funding or overcrowding. This objective will be calibrated to the needs of the territory and integrated with the other levels of care: large and hospitalized. The clinical circuits will be adapted to the patient's needs for diagnosis and treatment in order to increase effectiveness, decrease waiting times and improve the medical services provided.
