The overall objective of the project is to improve the level of digital skills for 601 persons aged between 18 and 65, who are employees with an individual employment contract (full-time or part-time), including persons in management positions, coming from public and private enterprises in the South Muntenia and South-West Oltenia regions, for a period of 30 months, in order to support the promotion of social fairness. The project through the proposed objectives invests in people thus contributing in the long term to sustainable progress for society. The project responds to a current socio-economic context, in which education or training systems adapt to change and technological progress aiming at alleviating imbalances in the labour market. Employees from the MS and SVO regions prepared within the project to continuously adapt to the new changes are an essential condition for the current challenges to be transformed
