The overall objective of the project is to improve the digital skills of employees with CIM from the Central and North-East regions, thus contributing to increasing their competitiveness and adaptability on the labor market. The project aims at training 610 people, providing them with the necessary skills to face the challenges of the digital economy and facilitate professional transitions in various economic sectors. The needs analysis found that the Centre and North-East regions face significant challenges in terms of employees' digital skills. These regions, although having an important presence in the retail sector, have a digital skills rate below the national average, with only 40% of employees having basic digital skills and only 10% advanced skills. Also, only 15% of employees in the retail sector in the Centre region and 12% in the North-East use the
