Consolidation of the national system for the management and monitoring of bird species in Romania based on Article 12 of the Birds Directive 2009/147/EC The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the national system of monitoring and reporting of bird species of Community interest in Romania and to increase the accuracy of national reporting in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of the Birds Directive 2009/147/EEC, through adequate monitoring of bird populations on the national reference list. The purpose of the project - The project aims to achieve adequate monitoring of populations of bird species of community interest on the territory of our country. At the same time, the project ensures the necessary preparation to support the reporting scheduled for 2025 under the provisions of Article 12 of the Birds Directive (Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the conservation of wild birds).
