The general objective of the project is to increase the access of the population to efficient and qualitative rehabilitation medical services by adapting the infrastructure and facilities of the Neuromotor Recovery Hospital "Dr. Corneliu Bârsan" Dezna, to the current technological requirements, the digitization of the internal activity and the interaction with patients, as well as the increase of the hospitalization capacity. In order to achieve the objective, the project proposes to: Modernization of the existing building identified by cadastral number 301799-C7 with a built area of 1140 sqm and a developed area of 3143 sqm, located on the land with a total area of 18,940 sqm according to the CF extract no. 301799, as well as the extension of the previous existing construction with a new building body with height regime Sp+D+P with a proposed built area of 1843.86 sqm, a proposed developed area of 4336.98 sqm and their endowment with: state-of-the-art medical equipment and IT infrastructure
