The overall objective of the project is to develop the quality of career counseling and guidance (COC) services in primary, secondary and high school education in Romania, by connecting them to successful European practices and labor market trends of the future. The project contributes directly to the achievement of OPE objectives that could not be achieved in a coherent and consistent manner by another entity/organisation. The systemic component is ensured by the involvement of MEC in the organization and management of the national education, training and scientific research system, having the responsibility to manage the development of national programs in the field of counseling and career guidance, so as to meet the needs of students.
