The overall objective of the project is to increase the access of the population to efficient and qualitative rehabilitation medical services by adapting the infrastructure. In order to achieve the objective, the project proposes to: Thermal rehabilitation of Pavilions A and B, which will improve the comfort of patients and medical staff, as well as reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Equipping the Sanatorium with a modern sludge treatment system, which will streamline the process of sludge extraction, processing and distribution, increasing the quality and efficiency of the treatments. By modernizing the BALNEAR AND TECHIRGHIOL RECOVERY HEALTH SHOP, the project contributes to the National Health Strategy 2022-2030, which underlines the importance of modernizing hospital infrastructure to increase the quality, efficiency, and development of medical services. Also, a priority of this strategy is the modernization of the information system in the
