The general objective is the digitization and significant improvement of the public services provided by the institution to the direct beneficiaries of the Romanian Chess Federation by implementing at the level of the institution an integrated information system to support the main activities of affiliation / endorsement, organization of chess competitions, supervision and control of clubs activity, promotion of the field and education through chess, by integrating, streamlining and automating processes and internal workflows and business functions of the institution. The implementation of the advanced integrated information system will extensively digitalize the interactions with natural and legal persons, thus optimizing both the internal processes that support the provision of public services, ensuring their superior quality, as well as increased accuracy and efficiency.
