Strengthening social dialogue at national and sectoral level by providing integrated packages and by producing a national database and national/sectoral reports, in order to analyze the situation and the quality of social dialogue in Romania, analysis based on participatory methodologies agreed at the level of social partners; The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacity of social partners and institutions/authorities to actively participate in the social dialogue process. The project contributes to the main purpose of the social dialogue itself: promote consensus building and democratic engagement among key stakeholders in the world of work. The project will facilitate access to a national database for all stakeholders.
