The overall objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the building with compliance with the current energy efficiency requirements by at least 60%, to reduce the CO2 equivalent emissions by at least 64% and to take into account the technical possibilities of carrying out the intervention works, respecting the requirements regarding the rules of labor protection, hygiene and human health and bringing the building to the current standards in force, from the point of view of the fire safety requirement.
