The main objective of the project is research and development in the field of molecular diagnostics with a focus on the development of personalized genetic tests based on the principle of next generation sequencing (NGS). The output will be new prototypes and functional samples for the detection of selected genetic predispositions and for the study of the intestinal microbiome as an indicator of the health status of an individual. The project falls under the Health Care, Advanced Medicine sector and will be addressed in the effective cooperation of the Mid-cap enterprise with SMEs.
