Innovations in the production of Štramberk ears The aim of the project is to introduce innovative production of Štramberk ears in the form of conversion of mainly manual production to automatic production, while at the same time 100% respecting the unique and protected recipe of the production of this bakery specialty with a tradition of 800 years, protected by EU trademarks and geographical indications.
