Social and health services are being developed in Ida-Viru County in order to create a single well-accessible network of services. A motivation package for specialists working in the field will be developed, which will encourage current and future specialists to choose Ida-Viru County as their place of work and residence. The needs for supporting innovation and development activities in Ida-Viru County will be identified.
