The project will build a community house in Alajõe, which will have the following functions and spaces: multifunctional community space/café; reception room and library; a boathouse for voluntary rescuers; the possibility of childcare (in the holiday season) in a guest apartment, e.g. for teleworking. Parcel terminals, a public toilet, a map of the municipality, a stand for events, a parking lot will be built next to the house, which will also function as a market place. Next to the house, a river quay will be built for mooring boats and footpaths along the river will be built up to Lake Peipus.
