The purpose of the grant is to strengthen the economic growth and competitiveness of SMEs in all counties of Estonia and to reduce regional disparities in the capacity to implement research and development, in the provision of jobs, in entrepreneurial activity, in the knowledge intensity and added value of enterprises and in the location of productive jobs. The following regional or county activities shall be supported: advisory activities, training and seminars, information and communication activities, networking activities, etc.
