The aim of the project to connect the cycling and cycling paths of the city centre of Elva is to create a complete trajectory in the centre of Elva on Tartu mnt – Kesk Street – Pikk tn – Supelranna - Tartu mnt + Järve Street. The length of the tracks is 1695m. The aim of establishing footpaths and foot and bicycle paths is to change the mobility habits of local residents and to create an opportunity for more sustainable ways of moving between homes, schools, kindergartens or workplaces. With this project, the traffic situation will become safer.
