The project will increase the capacity of communities to support young people's readiness to participate in the labour market and to integrate into education. The project implements an individual approach, supports networking, self-development of young people and cooperation with the local network. Through cross-sectoral and integrated support activities for young people with NEET status and at risk, the readiness of young people to participate in work and education has increased in Võru County, and as a result at least 25% of the young people participating in the project have reached the labour market.
