The purpose of the grant is to introduce young people in Ida-Viru County to different career opportunities and to offer work and business experience, as well as to support the integration of young people with a mother tongue other than Estonian through participation in the work observation programme, joint activities of young people in Estonian and Russian and the creation of new contacts.
