As a result of the project, conditions will be created to support new immigrants who have arrived with family migration and beneficiaries of international protection to get and stay in work or start a business in the city of Viljandi. The project activities will increase the employability of young people aged 16-29, women and persons aged 55 and over who are not in employment, education or training (NEETs), and support their access to and retention in employment.
