The project aims to improve access to employment for Roma through the development and implementation of tailored labour market measures. To achieve the goal, a Roma support network will be created and a total of about 100 Roma will be developed and implemented for various activities, including work clubs, professional, Estonian language, computer, time management trainings, career and debt counselling.
