The conditions for granting support (hereinafter referred to as TAT) support the improvement of the quality and accessibility of social services, the development and provision of innovative and integrated services and the implementation of information activities. Interventions contribute to the establishment of a comprehensive long-term care system that helps to reduce the care burden and improve the availability and quality of care services and supports people to cope as independently as possible.
