The project will improve the quality and accessibility of domestic and social transport services in Lääne-Harju municipality, enabling the provision of harmonised, needs-based support services for the elderly and people with special needs. For the provision of services, the premises of the Support Centre will be organised, where the target groups will receive the necessary support in a safe environment, including catering, washing services and recreational activities. Flexible and centralised arrangements support the autonomy of the target groups and reduce the care burden on family members.
