The aim of the project "Improving the availability and quality of social services in Jõelähtme rural municipality" is to ensure the preservation of the quality of life of people in need in their home environment with the support of high-quality welfare services and a systemic approach. As a result of the project, new welfare services have been developed in Jõelähtme municipality and the services provided so far have been designed to meet the needs of the target groups. The population is aware of the opportunities created and involved in development activities.
