The aim of the project is to improve targeted access to social services, psychosocial coping and services to prevent aggravation of the need for support for people aged 18 or over with a migrant background. The Tallinn Migration Centre is developing a cultural mediator service (a new service in the region and Estonia) and is designed to meet the needs of the target group: an experiential counsellor service and support groups for vulnerable target group representatives tailored to the needs of the target group will be launched.
