The overall objective of TAT is to support that Estonia is a good place to start a family and raise children, and that Estonian children are happy, growing up in a caring, inclusive, safe and developing environment. The activities shall ensure equal opportunities for members of the target group of different genders, ages, regions and nationalities to participate in and benefit from the activities.
