The sub-objective of the integration area of the sectoral development plan ‘Cohesion Estonia 2021-2030’3 is that Estonian society is cohesive and stable, where people from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds carry the Estonian identity, actively participate in society, share democratic values and a common space of culture, information and communication, and feel cohesive. Equal opportunities have been created for successful independent living and well-being for all people living in Estonia.
