In order to develop and practice the Estonian language at work and increase the readiness to work in an Estonian-speaking working environment, people working in jobs requiring Estonian language skills are offered supported language training along with internships in the language environment, offering adults who do not speak Estonian as their native language the opportunity to participate in a work-related programme in an Estonian-speaking collective.
