The Estonian Education Development Plan 2021-2035 aims to implement a modern learning approach at all levels of education by changing the learning approach, curricula and teaching methods. The changes will be supported by professional development and quality assurance of teachers. The project supports the reform of national curricula, changes in learning environments and the professional development of education and youth professionals.
