The ageing population in the region has also increased the number of people excluded from community support and collective action. The aim of the project is to improve the availability and quality of long-term care services and to alleviate the care burden and ensure the dignity and increase social inclusion of the population aged 55+ and people with special needs aged 16+ in the area of activity of the Assembly of Four Rural Municipalities. The project will include at least 61 mini-projects and 750 people.
