Jõgeva County has a high share of people with special needs and the elderly, and they do not have good conditions for social inclusion and social activity due to limited income. Several trainings and activities will be carried out to increase the social contacts of the target group and to increase the overall activity and performance of the target group; networking of volunteers; solutions will be sought to improve the quality of services provided by family caregivers and to increase the involvement of the target group's people in the community.
