The city of Narva will carry out a cost-benefit analysis, as a result of which a clear concept will be developed on how it is expedient to develop the city's municipal housing fund in a cost-effective manner. The project contributes to the goal of the urban development plan to become a city that supports a green lifestyle and to prepare impactful projects that contribute to the development of a better living environment.
