Developing Ida-Viru County as a tourist destination and increasing the number of visitors In Ida-Viru County, municipalities and companies have set an ambitious goal - No. 1 tourist destination in Estonia after Tallinn, i.e. one million overnight stays by 2035/year. The Regional Tourism Cluster has been working on this for years. The three-year project will: enter the Finnish and Latvian markets with vigorous marketing activities to replace the Russian market; developing tourism products while increasing the quality of services.
