The aim of the project is to develop the Southern Estonian Garden Product Valuation Centre for the Obinitsa industrial area. The primary objective of the valorisation centre is to ensure the institutions managed by local governments (children's institutions, nursing homes) in the processing stage necessary for preparing food with high-quality raw materials and to increase the share of organic raw materials. The raw materials used are purchased under free market conditions from operators, thus increasing the possibility for local producers to dispose of the grown horticultural products.
