The aim of the project is to develop the Tapa central area and thereby create a high-quality public urban space that meets the needs of different target groups. The centre area is attractive for making new investments and carrying out a number of activities and events. Tapa's centre area is attractive to visitors and creates a positive image of Estonia. Satisfaction with the living environment has increased.
