The aim of the project is to attract foreign direct investment to the central and western region of Lithuania, which would contribute to the development of R&D&I activities in Lithuania, taking into account the following priorities of the Lithuanian R&D&I and the topics of their implementation: I. Information and Communication Technologies; G. New production processes, materials and technologies; S. Health technologies and biotechnology.
