The aim is to create and develop a favourable environment for business development in the commercial area between the streets of Putin, Novaya, Audei and Industry. To achieve the objective of the project, the project envisages the construction of the infrastructure - the formation of plots (formation of plots of other land for commercial activities), the bringing of communications to the plots, a roundabout at the intersection of Putinu and A. Jonyno Street, and the construction of the infrastructure of A. Jonyno Street section from Putinu Street to Audijai Street, adapting the territory to attract investment.
