The objective of the measure is to use the potential of the renovation of cultural heritage objects to increase economic development, the creation of new fields of activity and sources of income, businesses and jobs, and the development of sustainable tourism by providing favourable financing conditions in the form of loans to private and public legal entities, to upgrade, update and activate cultural heritage objects, adapting them to the cultural, social and/or economic needs of modern society and/or local community.
