1. Promote energy efficiency by investing in the renovation (modernisation) of multi-apartment buildings; 2. To achieve the strategic objectives specified in the Progress Measure and the Programme for the Renovation (Modernisation) of Multi-apartment Buildings in the field of the Renovation (Modernisation) of Multi-apartment Buildings; 3. Within the scope of the DNMF funds, aim at maximising the need for funds for the renovation (modernisation) of multi-apartment buildings by attracting additional funding from various funding sources and ensuring the financing of the Programme for the renovation (modernisation) of multi-apartment buildings in other possible ways.
