The main activities of the project are aimed at achieving the objective of the project, which is the development of the infrastructure of SIA "Riga Eastern Clinical University Hospital" in order to strengthen the health system and ensure equal access to health care for all residents of Latvia, especially those at risk of social and territorial exclusion and poverty. Main project activities: Provision of project management; Design of restoration of the medical departments of the inpatient hospital "Latvian Oncology Centre"; Renovation of the medical departments of the inpatient hospital "Latvian Oncology Centre"; Replacement and installation of new elevators of the stationary "Latvian Oncology Centre"; Construction and equipping of the switching room of the stationary "Latvian Oncology Centre"; Author supervision of the restoration of the medical departments of the inpatient hospital "Latvian Oncology Centre"; Construction supervision of the reconstruction of the medical departments of the stationary "Latvian Oncology Centre"; Creation of a backup operation block at Hipokrata Street 4 Purchase of equipment for the stationary "Gaiļezers"; Purchase of medical equipment for the backup operation unit Purchase of furniture for the backup operation unit; Ensuring communication and visual identity requirements. The project activities are planned to be implemented within 66 months from the signing of the agreement on the implementation of the project. Planned project implementation period from July 2024 to 31 December 2029. Construction design implementation started on 01.04.2022. The total eligible cost of the planned project is EUR 48 027 791.00, of which the amount of support from the European Regional Development Fund is EUR 40 823 622.00.
