The aim of the project is to develop the public outdoor space of Gulbene city centre, improving the quality of the living environment and increasing public safety. Within the framework of the project, the resurfacing of the tracks, the renovation of playgrounds, the construction of a public free crane, the lighting network of the park will be restored, the park improvement works will be carried out, including the placement of ornamental plantations, benches and waste bins. The project costs include construction and construction supervision works, the total eligible costs of the project are EUR 1 181 559.13, of which 41.10% or EUR 485 603.00 is ERDF funding and 58.90% or EUR 695 956.13 is the costs of Gulbene municipality. The deadline for implementation of the project is 30 June 2025. Outside the project costs - fountain construction works, supervision of the construction of these works, as well as author's supervision of all 1st stage construction works - are municipal financing.
