In order to meet the challenges of social policy and take evidence-based decisions, policy makers need to acquire an increasingly new data and evidence base from studies, evaluations and public surveys. The project will focus on the reconciliation of family and working life and the development of human capital by carrying out at least 15 evaluations related to various aspects of the reconciliation of work and family life, as well as the improvement of the quality of life in the following areas: 1) labour market, labour law and labour protection. 2) social work and social services. 3) children's and family rights. 4)Equal opportunities for persons with disabilities and accessibility of the environment and information. 5) Gender equality. 6) Social inclusion. In order to contribute to raising public awareness and awareness of various aspects of reconciling family and working life and improving quality of life, including the availability of different forms of employment, the promotion of equal opportunities, an inclusive working environment, universal design, accessibility of the environment, recognition and elimination of discrimination based on sex, disability, age, as well as opportunities to exercise their rights, including the right to equal pay, the Project will implement opinion polls, develop informative materials and implement an integrated media campaign. As a result of the project, 1 national public administration or public institution - the Ministry of Welfare - will receive support and 15 evaluations have been carried out. Total cost of the project: EUR 5 309 860, including EUR 4 513 381 from the European Social Fund Plus and EUR 796 479 from the national budget. The project will be implemented from the conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of the project until 31 December 2029, attributing the costs incurred from 1 January 2024.
