The implementation of the project ‘Development of infrastructure in pre-school educational institution at 1 Dārtas Street, Cēsis, Cēsis Municipality’ will result in the improvement of the infrastructure of the municipal pre-school educational institution for the creation of new places for the reception of pre-school children in order to promote the availability of municipal pre-school education services.The project envisages the reconstruction of an existing building, adapting it to the provision of pre-school education services. Thus, a pre-school educational institution with 60 new places for the enrolment of pre-school age children will be established, creating a pre-school educational institution in the building for the enrolment of 3 (three) groups of students – 1 (one) on the 1st floor of the group building and 2 (two) on the 2nd floor of the group building. The area will be arranged by rebuilding the parking lot, constructing pedestrian paths and creating a children’s playground with play elements and sheds.The total cost of the project is EUR 2 534 452.44 including VAT, of which EUR 1 045 440.00 is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.The project is planned to be implemented in 2024. in 2026.
