1. Main activities of the project1.1. Performance of construction works*: Maintain and update the schedule of construction works.Perform construction works in accordance with the construction design.According to the construction design, perform: floors, walls (masonry and plasterboard), ceilings and engineering networks (including, be not limited to, internal: access control system, power grids, automatic smoke extraction, TV active devices/ internet, voice communication and internal transmission systems, fire detection and alarm system, internal fire-fighting water pipe system; internal and external: construction works of water and sewerage, rainwater systems, electricity grids, etc.; construction works of windows and doors (including fittings); reconstruction works of the large hall of the viewers; acquisition of elevators and their construction works; improvement works of the territory; separation of drinking water from the internal water supply system, construction of a café, reconstruction works of the electrical distribution space are designed and built within the framework of the construction, etc.; to ensure the use of high-quality and sustainable materials and their conformity with the construction project.* The activities (construction works) planned in the project are the final stage in order to ensure the completion of project No 4.2.1.2/18/I/019. The project volumes are detailed in the attached Excel file ‘Building volumes_Valmiera Drama Theatre_5.1.1.7.’.1.2. Author supervision and construction supervision:to ensure the implementation of the project according to the solutions of the construction design;to ensure that the schedule of construction works is regularly updated, taking into account the observations of the construction supervision and/or changes made in the construction design by the author supervision round;to ensure the flow of information and cooperation between the construction contractor, author supervision and construction supervision specialists.2. Planned results1 (one) regional cultural infrastructure will be developed.Accessibility of cultural infrastructure services for 60,000 visitors per year will be ensured.Completion of project No 4.2.1.2/18/I/019 will be ensured.3. The total cost of the project is EUR 5 000 000.00 (including VAT).4. Project implementation period 01/01/2024 - 30/09/2024
